I’ll start with my favourite model. This is the Brooks Cascadia. It is ideal for trail running and is very comfortable, regardless of the terrain or the length of the run. In addition, it has been awarded many times. The brand is not well known in UK because it is not widely distributed but I can guarantee you full quality!

However, beware of the Gore Tex version, the shoe is wider than the classic model, and will probably be less suitable for thin feet.
