The filling is made of hypoallergenic fiber. The orthopedic NETWORK characterized by a very robust and innovative iron frame, able to withstand the strongest stress, and by curved beech slats. The iron frame of the orthopedic net has been designed to have a very long service life. Unlike “traditional” networks, no holes have been applied in the structure to insert the slats, an ineffective solution that often causes the breakage of the slats. Our innovative iron nets are characterized by the so-called “portadoghe”, a very strong structure that follows the entire perimeter of the frame, inside which are inserted the same slats with special polyethylene supports. In this way it is practically impossible for the slats to detach from the frame, giving the net an unrivalled stability. The net is characterized by an iron structure, made through a tubular frame 40×30 mm and against internal frame for the insertion of 14 slats in pure plywood beech wood, steamed curved 68×8 mm. The structure is painted with epoxy powders, resistant to corrosion and attacking agents, totally free of solvents, therefore harmless to health and environmentally friendly.
